 Reporting to the CEO, Hilda will be responsible for management of an Operations Team and Project Manger for Special Projects for the CEO. She is pleased for many reasons and volunteered these comments:

 There were a lot of reasons I wanted to accept this offer. The compensation was where I had hoped to be with doing a complete career change. Also, the opportunity for women in this organization is amazing. All of the women that I will be working directly with are "power women" that I can learn a lot from.

 Judy truly made a believer out of me. I am not a fan of "career transition companies" and made Judy aware of my being skeptical. Judy kept me on track and encouraged me the whole way.

 It was very helpful walking through the various interviews. That is the part that I feel truly did me the most good during the whole process. She told me how to answer (tone, sentence structure, etc.), what to wear, what to say and not to say! :) Judy truly helped me succeed!
